No Place Like Home
My Fantasies...uh...Books
Great Places to Visit
My childhood was spent in the fields, lakes, and woods of Alabama playing make-believe with cousins and friends. I think of my childhood as one long glorious summer. The best any child could ever dream of and maybe part of why I have such a wild imagination.
As far back as I remember, I dreamed up stories where I was the superheroine saving the world or famous movie star, but no way would I tell anyone. When I became an adult I wrote one down and liked the feeling. In 1993, I found out about RWA and joined. Many more years later after running my children to ball games, dance lessons  and band programs, working a full time job and receiving several rejections, I realized I needed help. I was doing something wrong and couldn't figure it out on my own. My local chapter and critique partners showed me ways to tighten my writing and gave me the confidence to keep trying.
So I now write, write, and write some more, getting better and hopefully published some day soon.
